“What are you going to do with your one wild and precious life?”
~Mary Oliver
Through Sister Circles, Soul Trek coaching, and transformational retreats, women gather to reclaim their wisdom, trust their inner voice, and walk their own sacred path.
In a world that teaches women to perform, circles invite us to simply be.
Join me for free, in-person circles in Sun City West, Arizona. We will gather once a month for about 90-minutes. Go to “find out more” for all the details.
This is a spiritual practice, but not religious. We will step onto shared, sacred ground where all people and paths are respected.
Come as you are. You belong here.
Remembering. Reclaiming. Returning to you.
We are here to help each other remember the truth of who we are: radiant, powerful, and whole. We are all sacred beings.
This 8-week journey is all yours.
I will hold space and guide you as you walk the path toward self-discovery and reclamation. Expect more clarity, more joy, and a whole lot more you.
I’m Lisa McIntyre.
I’ve always been drawn to the horizon. Whether through travel, entrepreneurship, real estate, retreat leadership, or spiritual exploration, I’ve spent much of my life following curiosity wherever it led.
In 2022, I set out to walk the Camino de Santiago across northern Spain. About 200 miles into the journey, I found myself standing at a personal crossroads. After years of caring for others, building businesses, and navigating life’s many transitions, I began asking two simple questions:
Who am I now?
What’s next?
Somewhere along that ancient path, I realized I wasn’t searching for a new life.
I was remembering my own.
That discovery changed everything.
Today, I create spaces where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, and explore what is calling them forward. Through Sister Circles, Soul Trek coaching, and transformational journeys, I invite women to step away from the noise of everyday life and listen for the wisdom that has been within them all along.
My path has led me through many traditions, teachings, and experiences. While my understanding of spirituality has evolved over the years, one truth remains constant: we are far more powerful, wise, and whole than we have been taught to believe.
Nature is my church. Love is my religion. And I believe that when women gather with open hearts, remarkable things happen.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
