Your own, private suite at beautiful Abiquiu Inn for 6 nights

ALL our amazing meals are included in the is program starting with dinner on May 18th and ending with breakfast on May 24th.

All sessions including movement, speakers and ceremonies

All classes every day of our tour

All transportation once in Santa Fe and during retreat

A pre-trip Zoom call to get us all face-to-face

What’s Not Included:

Your round-trip airfare from home to Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA

Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (required!)

Sourveniers, phone calls, laundry, etc.

Any lunches and dinners you buy during your trip to and from Abiquiu, NM

If you come early or stay late to explore northern New Mexico, that’s not included in this trip, but I’m happy to offer suggestions!

Other non-included items like excess baggage charges & airport taxes if applicable.

Personal spa treatments, alcohol, souveniers, etc.

Any extra tips you’d like to give to our guides and instructors (beyond what I am gifting them).

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1,000 deposit. Cancellations made between February 1, 2025 and April 2, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after April 3, 2025 and trip departure date will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it’s not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

Trip cancellation insurance is REQUIRED for this journey. Suggested companies to use are Travel Guard Insurance or World Nomads. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case. your payments will be fully refunded.

COVID-19 Information

Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.

The best way to avoid ruining your trip once you arrive is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while traveling to us!!

At the time of this writing (December 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!

We will be providing N-95 masks in case you forget. We also ask that you bring a rapid Covid test if you have one, just in case.
